These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access this website.

  1. Definitions
  • “We”, “us”, “our” – eHome (trading as A 4 All Appliances Ltd.), the seller and operator of this website.
  • “You”, “your” – The customer using this website or placing an order.
  • “Products” – Any goods available for purchase on our website.
  1. Our Contract With You
  • A legally binding contract is formed when you receive an email confirmation from us after placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to decline any order without obligation to provide a reason.
  1. Ordering & Cancellations
  • Orders must be placed online through our website.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your item has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  1. Delivery
  • All deliveries are standard and to the front door or just inside the property entrance.
  • Delivery does not include moving products beyond the entrance or upstairs.
  • If no one is present to receive delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, or other external conditions.
  • We deliver across England. Some remote or restricted areas may be excluded.
  • Custom orders may take a minimum of 21 days to arrive.
  1. Installations
  • Installation services are currently only available to customers located within Greater London.
  • We only install electrical appliances. We do not handle plumbing or gas.
  • If there are issues with electrics or plumbing at the site, we cannot proceed. In this case, installation charges will be refunded.
  • For electric hobs: we install hobs based on existing worktop holes. We can enlarge wooden worktops only. Surfaces like granite, composite, or metal must be ready in advance.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • You can return products within 14 days if they are unused and in original, complete packaging.
  • If the item is returned unused and in resellable ‘as new’ condition, a refund will be issued (minus collection fees).
  • If the product is damaged or used, a deduction may be made for loss in value.
  • For large items, returns will be collected by us. A collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • For small items (i.e. small domestic appliances, home accessories etc.), returns must be made at your expense using a reputable courier service.
  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
  • Please inspect items upon delivery. Report damage within 48 hours.
  • For faulty electrical goods, contact the manufacturer directly. They will assist you free of charge under the warranty.
  1. Pricing & Accuracy
  • While we strive for accuracy, pricing and availability errors may occur.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders containing pricing or stock errors.
  1. Pre-orders
  • Some products may be available on pre-order. Estimated wait times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
  1. Warranty Disclaimer
  • Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. We do not offer additional warranties
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to register the warranty for their product within the timeframe required by the manufacturer.
  1. Force Majeure
  • We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
  1. Use of Website
  • You agree not to misuse the website or disrupt its services.
  • We may suspend your access if misuse or suspicious activity is detected.

  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In the case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us to seek a resolution.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
