We want your experience with eHome to be smooth from checkout to setup. Below you’ll find all the key information about delivery costs, lead times, and our optional installation services.
Delivery Charges (England)

- Delivery available Monday to Saturday
- Applies to England only
- Standard delivery includes drop-off just inside the main entrance of the property
Delivery Timescales
- In-stock items: Delivered within 3–7 working days
- Custom / made-to-order furniture: Minimum 21 working days
- We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date
Access Requirements & Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure safe and clear access for delivery teams (hallways, staircases, door widths, etc.)
- Items must fit through access points — please measure before ordering
- If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery may be refused and re-delivery or restocking fees will apply
If You’re Not Home for Delivery
- You must be home during your confirmed delivery slot
- If no one is available:
- We will attempt to contact you
- Your order will be returned to our warehouse
- A redelivery fee will be charged
- One free reschedule is allowed with 24 hours’ notice

Please note that we do not provide gas installation services. For any gas appliances purchased from us, installation must be arranged independently through a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.
What’s included:
- Setup and basic installation on the day of delivery
- Packaging neatly gathered for disposal
What’s not included:
- Gas or water connection
- Plumbing, electrical, or rewiring work
- Wall mounting or drilling
- Removal of old furniture/appliances (unless pre-booked & paid)
Faulty Electrical Appliances
If an appliance becomes faulty after installation:
- Please contact the manufacturer directly for free support or warranty service
- Manufacturer details are included in your packaging or can be requested from us
We do not accept returns of faulty appliances without prior manufacturer assessment.
On Delivery – What to Do
- Inspect all goods on arrival
- Sign to confirm receipt and condition
- Report any damage within 48 hours
- Do not dispose of packaging until you’re sure the item is undamaged and correct

- We currently deliver to all of England
- Installation services are available in Greater London only
- We do not deliver to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or overseas
